Kimberly E. Lewellen

Ms. Lewellen is an associate attorney engaged in civil litigation and complex litigation involving matters of commercial law, legal malpractice defense, personal injury, consumer law and premises liability.
Professional History
Ms. Lewellen joined Ellis, Coleman, Poirier, La Voie & Steinheimer, LLP in 2006. Prior to that, she served one year as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. David A. Huff, Third Judicial District Court, Nevada. Ms. Lewellen is admitted to the California Bar and all of the United States District Courts for California.
Education
Ms. Lewellen graduated with honors in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Francisco State University. She received her law degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in 2005, and passed the California Bar that same year. At McGeorge, Ms. Lewellen was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society, a member of the mock trial team, Associate Articles Editor for the Transnational Lawyer, and received the American Law Institute and American Bar Association Scholarship and Leadership Award.
