Practice Focus Mr. Harbison is an accomplished trial and appellate advocate. For almost three decades, he has practiced at every level of the state and federal courts. Mr. Harbison represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury cases including cases involving medical and dental malpractice, discrimination, elder abuse, wrongful death, and products liability. He has also litigated real estate, property damage and complex business disputes.
Professional History Mr. Harbison has tried more than 100 civil and criminal jury cases and has achieved numerous 6- and 7-figure verdicts and settlements for his plaintiff clients. He has appeared numerous times before the California Courts of Appeal and the United States Courts of Appeal, including before the Ninth Circuit. He argued U.S. v. Rylander, 460 U.S. 752 (1983) before the United States Supreme Court.
